Oriental bank of Commerce (OBC) Probationary Officers (PO) recruitment is finally out.The bank has also advertised for agri.officers under specialist cadre.While all other PSB`s have either completed hiring or conducting interviews,OBC stayed away.Now oriental bank of commerce becomes the last bank to call for PO positions from IBPS PO qualified people.

To all those who ask the above question, we have explained the eligibility criteria for OBC recruitment below,
For scale I officer (PO)
*. min.21 yrs & max. 30 yrs of age as on July 1,2011
*. Should be a graduate
*. Total score in IBPS exam (TWS): 120 with 24in each section (Gen) & 105 with 21 section-wise (others)
Agriculture officer (Specialist)
*. Aged between 21-30 yrs, as on Dec 1, 2011
*. Must have degree in agriculture or related subjects
*. To have cleared IBPS specialist officer exam with TWS score of 112 (gen) & 104 (sc/st/obc/pwd)
Candidates holding scorecards of PO & sp.officer CWE & looking to apply for both posts can do so by submitting individual applications.
Selection :
Depending on the number of applicants, candidates will be shortlisted for interview process as per their TWS scores .
Only those ranking sufficiently high in the order of merit will be called in the ratio of 1:3(Gen) or 1:5 (others) , says the bank.
The ones offered appointment as PO in OBC will be on probation for 2 years.
How to apply :
Rs.100 (Gen/OBC) or Rs.20 (others) should be paid as application fee through any branch ofOriental bank of commerce OR from any other bank using NEFT between 10 to 28.07.2012 only
Remember to collect the counterfoil of payment challans, be it the OBC receipt or NEFT challan.

Syllabus will remain same as per old chance.

Fee for One Exam : 250 rupees per paper and50 rupees extra for practical exam.
